Today’s prompt has to do with lifesavers. When you feel overwhelmed, what (or who) helps you? When you feel lonely or are grieving, how do you cope? What comfort rituals do you indulge in when you need to rest? I know those are big questions, but they should give you plenty to write about. Good luck!
